Calgary Photography Philosophy: Being a Calgary Photographer is a true gift. I love the people in Calgary and always have such positive experiences with my clients. I approach every Calgary photography session with the goal of capturing images unique to each family. My focus for the images is to highlight the emotion and relationships between people. I use the term “client inspired”, which means I don’t try to force my client into a style; I use the energy and personalities of my clients to inspire the portfolio. I started this business with the goal of being a long-term Calgary Family photographer, watching the families grow and visiting throughout the years. Creating an affordable pricing structure is part of realizing this goal. Many current Calgary photographers have pricing to reflect that professional photography is a once in a lifetime event. I believe professional photography can be an investment family’s make on several occasions, to capture the changes over time as your family changes and grows. I also want my clients to have many, if not their entire portfolio, which is why I focus on selling digital images on a CD instead of prints. With digital images you can print all sizes; the images can also be copied and given to your relatives, used on social networking sites, as slide shows on your HD or Plasma television sets.
